About the host
Hosted by Scott Barry
I'm a writer and real estate investor who returned to the Sacramento area to raise my family. I always try to follow the Golden Rule of treating people like I would want to be treated: with respect, kindess and dignity.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to William Land Park the Central Park of Sacramento, with its 3 mile walking trail, golf course, zoo, ponds, and ball fields. Sacramento City College is only blocks away and restuarants, banks, and shopping (and two Starbucks) are only a few blocks away as well. Midtown and Downtown Sacramento are minutes away by car.
What makes this property unique
21st Street is a two-story duplex where each unit encompasses a whole floor. That means there are windows in every room and the units live like small houses. 21st maintains some of its Mid-Century charm while also including modern upgrades like central heat, dual pane windows, and modern appliances. The building's proximity to the park and nearby restauarants and shopping is also a highlight.
