Very comfortable chalet "Orleans". 2 apartments in the property. In the district of Hinterthal 3 km from the centre of Hinterthal, 7 km from the centre of Maria Alm, 14 km from the centre of Saalfelden, in a sunny, elevated position, 200 m from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 7 km, bus stop "Pirnbach" 450 m, railway station "Saalfelden" 14 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, ski lift 200 m, ski school 500 m, cross country ski track 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochmaislift 300 m, direkte Verbindung in das Skigebiet. Hochkönig Card included in summer. This allows free and unlimited use of the summer cable cars including mountain adventure worlds. All details on the internet. Very good location, with the skis directly from the house to the lift!

Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
