A frying pan that was not cleaned when we arrived and I left it that way. I complained about the mattress with the host?? Nothing was resolved. Very angry that we didn't get access and address till the night before? VRBO needs to start inspecting these properties. I may not rent again with VRBO or certainly not this company.
