The Genoa was a beautiful, clean, cozy cottage almost right on the beach! We especially loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings and walking on the beach in the evenings. The outdoor shower was also a favorite! The beach was great with visits from the ice cream truck which was fun and nostalgic! The Sailing Cow was also amazing- food was delicious and they had live music too!We are already talking about renting again next year! Thank you for such a lovely weekend!

The Genoa is a cozy cottage just across the street from Dennis Port beach. It was very clean. The photos and description were very accurate. We had everything we needed. There is a shed with beach chairs and toys to use. There is a patio with furniture and a grill which was very nice in the evening when there was shade. The bed in the main bedroom was smaller than what we are used to, but comfortable. There is a restaurant called The Sailing Cow which is a very short walk and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is very good.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage in Dennis Port! It was very clean and well-stocked with towels, linens, and all the bathroom essentials we needed. It was the perfect size for my husband, me, and our two dogs, and we really appreciated that it was pet-friendly.The location was fantastic—close enough to walk to the beach, yet tucked away on a quiet little road with only three cottages, so there was virtually no traffic. It made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they got back to us quickly, which we really appreciated.The only suggestion I would make is regarding check-in and check-out times. Check-in isn’t until 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM, which makes the first and last day feel very short—especially when you’re paying for those full days. Many nearby rentals offer a 2:00 PM check-in or later check out, which gives guests a little more time to enjoy the beach and settle in.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back! Thank you!
