Absolutely the right spot if you want to be right on the water with the peace & tranquility it comes with. Not close to shops and sightseeing but perfect location between Santa Barbara & Ventura. The furnishings are a little outdated but the view and sounds of the ocean certainly make up for it. I think we have found our "Go To" vacation spot.

Wonderful weekend vacation

private getaway. the short drive to Santa Barbara for our events was worth the view and private beach. Carpet could use a steam cleaning in master but rest of house was clean.

Beautiful beachfront stay!

After so many trips up the coast wondering what the houses in the little neighborhoods right on the beach are like, we finally had the opportunity to stay in one. So special to be able to see the kids down on the beach from the deck and balcony. Bright and well cared-for property, kind/welcoming neighbors and all around lovely visit,

Great House!

I really enjoyed my stay at this house. The view is amazing. I was able to get into the house easily with the instructions given. The guest services were quick to respond and resolve any issues. The toaster oven didn’t work and they responded quickly and brought a new one right away! They were awesome!!

Great oceanfront property.

This is a lovely beach home with unbeatable views. It has a well-stocked kitchen. It would have been nice to be able to use the fireplace. There were a few little maintenance issues that need to be attended to, but they didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the house.

Amazing location!

The house is okay and well stocked, but the location is everything! The beach is beautiful and serene. Can't beat being right on the beach, especially when there are no crowds. The representatives of Vacasa were extremely helpful and friendly. I would rent from them again anytime. We had a wonderful trip and would love to go back!

Dolphins

Amazing location. Each day we enjoyed our coffee while watching dolphins play. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. It’s a great getaway! Loved everything about it.
