Enjoy a prime locale near a plethora of activities. Hike, fish, surf, and even witness the majestic beauty of migrating Monarch butterflies.

LIVING AREA

Spend quality time together in the living room, furnished with a full-size futon and a leather love seat. Watch favorite shows on the 42in flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with tile countertops, quality appliances, and a breakfast bar for three.

When it's time to eat, gather at the six-top dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story condo sleeps up to 9 guests between the three bedrooms and a futon in the living area. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries.

The tranquil master suite is outfitted with a queen bed and a 42in flat-screen TV with cable. The newly remodeled en-suite master bathroom features beautiful tile and a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a 42in flat-screen TV with cable. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin bed, and 30in flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. A full bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sip a cold beverage on the balcony at the bistro table. Or make use of the gas barbeque grill and host an afternoon cookout.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage. One additional space may be available in the outdoor lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Extras include a twin-size rollaway bed in the bedroom closets.

Although this condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at the coast.

THE LOCATION

The beach is just 3 blocks from your condo! Meander down the 1200-foot Pismo Pier for dramatic ocean panoramas. Enjoy dining and shopping in the buzzing downtown corridor a few blocks away.

From late October to February, see thousands of winged beauties at the Monarch Butterfly Grove, located along State Highway 1. Less than 3 miles away, visit Oceano Dunes SVRA, an off-highway dune park with hiking, fishing, and surfing.

Overall great experience for the money! Had some initial issues with the WiFi but the hosts were very helpful and responsive! House was well equipped with basic needs, having some coffee and basic seasonings would have been great but didn’t take away from the experience.

Pismo Fun

This condo is a close walk to the beach, the boardwalk and shops. It’s a perfect location and set up for families. Garage parking was a bonus.

Great Location

This beach house was in a great location. We could walk to the beach, restaurant’s, and downtown. The garage was oversized and we could store our bikes and cars easily. Be sure to bring your own beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and sand toys when coming to this house.

Review Downtown Pismo Townhouse

Positive - very clean, easy to book, short walk 8-10 minutes to downtown, big two car garage, all the amenities that you need, large enough to sleep 7. Negative- extreme noise for the back two bedrooms- reason freeway and a ramp to enter the freeway. Family left early due to being unable to sleep from the noise. I should have checked the location prior to booking.

Toilet over flowed x2 / no water for 4 hrs

Loved the location and the size. Pretty disappointed on the sewage issue especially on Mother’s Day .. Was told it was our fault ( absolutely not) didn’t sit right with my family and I. The plumbing company stated this happened to the last quests that stayed here..
