This 3-room ground-floor apartment in Timmendorfer Strand offers 73 m² of space—enough for up to 5 people to enjoy a cosy holiday. It also features an lift.
Located in a quiet area of Timmendorfer Strand, you’ll be just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the town centre, and the spa gardens.

A cosy living area awaits you, featuring a light-colored seating area, an LCD TV, and a stereo system. Through the dining area, you’ll reach the modern kitchenette, which is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

From the living area, you’ll step out onto the furnished terrace, which faces southwest and invites you to relax.

The two separate bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm with separate mattresses).
The hallway leads to a sleeping alcove with a single bed (90x200 cm) for the fifth person.

The bathroom features a modern round shower, a toilet, and ample storage space for your toiletries. There is an additional separate guest bathroom in the entryway.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
All rooms are wheelchair accessible.

A parking space is reserved for you right next to the house.
A bicycle shed and a trash shed are located behind the house.
Wi-Fi included (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.
