We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via Airbnb messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

>Monthly rental November to March. This home is not available for a long term lease

POOL HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in booking amount
>If stay exceeds 7 days, spa heating will be $15/day
>If stay is a month long or more, guest pays pool/spa usage

PETS
>2 pets max
>$200/stay per pet
>Must be accompanied at all times and picked up after or there will be an additional fee
>Please keep pets off furniture and out of pool

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through VRBO there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house.

No garage access unless reserved and paid for prior to check in.

Only registered guests are allowed over night. If you have
had last minute changes and need to add a guest, please let
us know. We can be flexible, but please keep us informed.

We have beds for 6 people in the home. We do have an air mattress available if you have made arrangements.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. No late night noise
during the week past 10pm and 11pm on the weekends that is set by city ordinance.

Outside area to have no glass near the pool area! Please enjoy the outside area but be cautious near the pool. You are responsible for any
damage done by breaking glass in or around the pool.

Pool equipment and switches/controls may NOT be touched or will result in a $250 fine.
