The Location
This exclusive apartment is located on the ground floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex, facing west. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 metres away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand beach with its boardwalk, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

The modern and cosy living-dining area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.95 m), a Teufel hi-fi system, and a large, swiveling flat-screen TV (43 inches). A selection of board games is available for family evenings together.
The separate bedroom offers a high level of sleeping comfort with two modern box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and is equipped with another flat-screen TV (40 inches), a wardrobe, and a bench that doubles as a seat and luggage rack. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, a heated towel rack, and underfloor heating.
You can spend relaxing, sunny hours enjoying a side view of the Baltic Sea on the covered, west-facing balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living area. A cot can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Pets are welcome.

The Upstalsboom Meerblickvilla apartment complex is located directly by the sea and on the beach promenade, near the 230-meter-long pier. A modern, gleaming white villa building right on the beachfront, featuring high-quality apartments in a prime location on the South Beach. The fine-sand beach is literally right at your feet here. To the west lies the spa park with old trees and a small lake.

Stylish 2- and 3-room apartments and penthouses await you, including maisonette penthouses that span two living levels. All apartments feature a balcony, heated floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and free Wi-Fi.
The small but elegant sauna area includes a Finnish sauna, a bio-sauna, and a relaxation area. Use of the sauna area is free of charge. From February 9– 20.03.2026, the sauna area will be closed for maintenance. You can rent dressing gowns and sauna towels from us for a small fee.
