The exclusive apartment faces northwest and is located on the ground floor of the apartment complex, which was built in 2014. The beach and the pier in Binz are just 150 metres away.

The non-smoking holiday apartment features free Wi-Fi, two separate bedrooms with one double bed (2.10 m x 2.10 m) and two large single beds (1.00 m x 2.20 m) and a flat-screen TV in each, a living area with a double sofa bed (2.10 x 2.10 m), a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub and a separate toilet, as well as a balcony with a partial ocean view.
