Cute home, perfect for our trip to the Franklin rock show. Plenty of space and has everything you need to cook dinners in which is nice. Very easy to work with Vacasa too.

Quiet and Convenient
Excellent location to Franklin in a nice setting. Very clean and well appointed property.
Except for the driveway this was a perfect getaway. It felt like walking in to a 2nd home. We were in Franklin for a family reunion and the kitchen had everything we need to complete the food we were taking. Plenty of everything. Especially loved having our morning coffee on the back deck, so peaceful.

Wonderful
The home was beautiful. It was a perfect size for our family. The views are stunning. We seen several deer off the balcony. We will definitely be back again
The house was in good condition. The furniture was comfortable. Everything was as advertised. We had a lovely stay. We just wish there wasn't a 10-digit code on the automatically locking door. That was a pain in the butt. That's my only complaint. The people that own the house are sweet, and as Christians, we loved some of the Christian decor and mini "Jesuses" that had been left around the house as a witness Christ's love for us!

Great property!! Clean and comfortable. We were in town for a family reunion so really only slept there but there was a well stocked kitchen with starter dish soaps, dishwasher tabs, paper towels. The beds were comfortable with great pillows! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. The only complaint is the door code is a little long 10 digits (I assume someone’s phone number?)…hard to remember and had to pull up our email/text every time to enter the property. Suggest changing to code each time to the phone number provided by the guest who booked it, would be much easier for guests. Overall, we would stay again.

Thank you, Lisa, for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed this home. We sincerely apologize for the issues you have encountered during your stay. We'll continue to work closely with both our local staff and the homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you.
House was clean and in a great location, we enjoyed our stay very much! Pictures make it look like the house is two story with two porches however you only have access to the street level, bedrooms, kitchen, living everything is on the level. My only other suggestion is better cooking utensils (can opener, cheese grater, etc.) Overall though we would absolutely book this house again!

Franklin Mountain Home
We stayed here over Thanksgiving break due to the location being close to friends and family. The property is clean, the back deck is awesome, it has good internet (which isn't always the case here), has a nice smart TV but is a little small, and not really comfortable for more than 4ish people to be around all day or equipped for heavy cooking of lots of meals. We had an issue w/ an appliance while we were there, but the management company resolved it while we were there & made it right.

Convenient to Franklin (by car) but needs some spiffing up
We could zip into town easily. The house would be so much nicer if the amenities were better. The pillows were awful, the bed linens were poor quality, there weren't any blankets on the beds, there weren't enough glasses, there was no toaster, and the outside looked like no one had been there for months - weeds, leaves, and a poorly maintained driveway.

Comfortable stay
Overall, our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with a glass of wine at night and a cup of coffee in the morning. The surroundings were peaceful. The beds provided comfortable sleeping. The kitchen was functional, but for food preparation it would be nice to have a cutting board and a frying pan. I appreciated a coffee maker that doesn't require paper filters. The kitchen island countertop hadn't been well cleaned, but everything else appeared clean. There were fruit flies, or something similar, that seemed to appear immediately, and we were only there for 2 nights. Outside the front of the house was very overgrown; minimal trimming and weed whacking would greatly improve the initial appearance. Beware of the hallway closet, the door very easily comes out of the track, it's very flimsy. It was nice to be a short drive from Franklin and amenities there.
