-For an additional fee ($5 or $25 per week per person), you and your guests can also access a number of Sapphire Valley resort amenities including swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home.

-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
