The home is exactly as described. It is a spectacular home with fantastic views and vibes. Tastefully decorated and Zani responded immediately with a question I had. I would highly recommend this home. The trains were fun to look at. The bridge looks great at night. I would definitely rebook this home.

Patty and her friends were wonderful guests! They were very communicative before and during their stay, treated my home with great care, and were respectful of the property, the house rules, and the neighborhood. They left everything in excellent condition and were a pleasure to host. I would gladly welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.
About the host
Hosted by zahi kurzum
I purchased this home because I fell in love with its unique location between the Hudson River and the mountains. During the week I work in technology, and on weekends I enjoy spending time here relaxing, watching the river, and exploring the Hudson Valley.
I enjoy hosting because I believe special places should be shared. My goal is to provide guests with a comfortable, well-maintained home where they can slow down, enjoy the scenery, and experience the beauty of the Hudson Valley. I take pride in the details and am always available to help make your stay enjoyable.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood offers something that is increasingly rare: direct Hudson River views combined with a residential setting. I chose it because of the incredible sunrises, the changing river scenery throughout the seasons, and the feeling of being close to nature while still being minutes from restaurants, colleges, wineries, hiking trails, and local attractions.
One of my favorite things is sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee while watching rowing teams launch from the Marist Boathouse across the river and seeing the lights of the Walkway Over the Hudson and Mid-Hudson Bridge in the evening. It is a place that feels both relaxing and connected to the best of the Hudson Valley.
What makes this property unique
Few properties offer this combination of history, location, and views. Built in 1860 and thoughtfully renovated, the home retains its original character while providing modern comforts. Every room has views of the Hudson River, and the home features multiple outdoor porches designed to take advantage of the waterfront setting.
Guests enjoy watching spectacular sunrises over the river, views of the Marist Boathouse, Marist College, the Walkway Over the Hudson, and seasonal river activity throughout the year. The unique river-view attic provides a peaceful space for reading, working remotely, meditation, or simply relaxing.
The home is also ideally located near Marist University, Vassar College, the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), SUNY New Paltz, Beacon, Kingston, wineries, hiking trails, and many of the Hudson Valley's most popular destinations.
