This is a great apartment with a balcony that has a fantastic view. The apartment is roomy, comfortable and well-equipped. The host was very responsive to our needs. The location was within easy walking distance to Ludwigstrasse. I highly recommend.

Simply perfect

Absolutely fantastic place! Super nice apartment, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and super clean. The location is quiet but at the same time close to everything and the views are incredible. Martin Klotz was a pleasure to work with, we very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Everything was absolutely perfect. The view was tremendous individual parking, clean as it could be everything you could ask for the owner was so easy to communicate with. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Peaceful stay!

We loved everything about this apartment.Tina was an absolute dream of a host. She was extremely inviting, helpful with showing us the laundry facilities, how things worked in the apartment, and was available for any questions throughout our stay. This was a perfect location, easy to navigate with our rental car, nice private garage. The top floor apartment had amazing views, elevator, everything is exactly as pictured. We will stay here again no doubt.

Tina was a great host – she met us upon arrival and made sure that our entire visit was seamless. The apartment was meticulously clean, well stocked with kitchen/bedding/bathroom supplies, and even decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree. I am in a wheelchair and the apartment was accessible by elevator. Tina provided a shower chair. The bed height was low enough to facilitate transfers from my wheelchair to the bed, door widths were adequate, and the open layout of the living room made my mobility much easier. And, the view of the mountain and ski slopes was absolutely beautiful.

Immaculate house with incredible views

Pristine home in quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Completely walkable. When you’re tired of exploring come back and sit on the porch with panoramic views of the surrounding town and mountains. House was squeaky clean, as described and reflected in photographs. Only wish we had more time to explore. Host was attentive and easy to communicate with.

We had a great time at this property . The views were amazing! Prettiest town by far in Bavaria. We had wonderful food and beer. If you stay here, make sure and visit St Antons Church. A must see. One morning I followed a farmer and his goats up the hill. His border collie kept them all in check. So much fun. Would have stayed for a month if I could.

Garmisch-Partinkirchen pleaser

The apartment was wonderful: very clean, well appointed and huge. We had all the amenities we needed and lots of space to move around. While we ate our dinner our first night in the apartment, we had a wonderful view of the snow capped mountains and the ski runs. We'd gladly stay here again. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, including guiding us in our large van in and out of the parking garage with it's "interesting" turns for this big vehicle.!

Gorgeous view

Just beautiful. The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated, has everything you need in terms of kitchen items. The view from the terrace is spectacular. At one point we were out sightseeing and one of us said, do you want to just go back and sit on the terrace (we did). Tina was very helpful and friendly and always available. It's really quiet and peaceful and just perfect. Easily our favorite place on our vacation throughout Germany/Austria.

We didn't make it easy!

Tina was incredibly gracious to our group despite a series of challenges on our end. Two of us got sick in Munich before heading to Garmish, making one of us a day late in arriving and cancelling the other person all together. Despite, this, Tina was kind, patient and welcoming. Thank you!

Wonderful Apartment!

Everything about this apartment is as advertised. Super clean, great location with amazing view of the Zugspitz, very helpful and friendly landlords, close to yummy restaurants that our landlords recommended and made reservations for us. I honestly can’t think of one complaint. This apartment also comes with garage parking and a lift! The lift was extremely helpful as my husband has a disability that would have made climbing the stairs difficult for him. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful apartment in the Garmisch area!

Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé au dernier étage d’un beau chalet avec une vue extraordinaire sur la vallée et le Zugspitze.On peut passer des heures sur la terrasse à méditer devant ce paysage changeant au fil des heures.Le centre est facilement accessible à pied et plusieurs départs de randonnées sont à proximité du chalet.L’accueil est à la fois chaleureux et discret.Tout est réuni pour un séjour merveilleux.

Perfect in every way

Our family of 4 stayed for 8 nights in this beautiful home (top apartment). We enjoyed the location, as it's within walking distance to bakeries and restaurants and within driving distance, to some of the sites we wanted to visit in the area. The kitchen was well equipped for us to stay in and cook when we wanted to and a small grocery store is nearby if needed. Larger grocery stores are within a short driving distance. We pack light and therefore the laundry machine and dryer (located downstairs) were very useful. Loved that even things like a drying rack were available for use. This was one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in, as it is beautifully designed, very well cared for, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. We can't thank Tina enough for a wonderful stay. We are very much looking forward to a return.

Großzügig, hell, einfach nur TRAUMHAFT!

Seit vielen Jahren verbringen wir unsere Urlaube in Bayern und kennen einige Unterkünfte, aber diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach der Hammer!! Wir haben mit unserem 10-jährigen Sohn einen 8-tägigen Aufenthalt in der DG-Wohnung verbracht und sehr genossen. Bereits bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert und die Bilder von der Wohnung haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Check in und Check out waren problemlos und sehr angenehm. Sehr hilfreich haben wir den Tiefgaragenstellplatz und den komfortabelen Aufzug unmittelbar daneben empfunden, was den Gepäcktransport erheblich erleichtert. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr großzügig und die luxuriöse Ausstattung hat uns überwältigt. Der große und überdachte Balkon mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die Zugspitze und das Wettersteingebirge über die Dächer Partenkirchens hinweg ist unbeschreiblich schön und wir konnten nicht genug davon bekommen. Selbst bei nicht allerbestem Wetter kann man ihn benutzen. Die großen Fensterfronten und die Tageslichtprojektoren sorgen für lichtdurchflutete Räumlichkeiten. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die tollen Soundanlagen im Wohnbereich und Badezimmer, die uns Musikfans große Freude bereitet haben, ebenso wie die verschiedenen Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten des Wohnbereichs. Sehr praktisch waren für uns die beiden Bäder mit insgesamt drei Waschbecken. Wir bedanken uns für den sehr freundlichen Kontakt durch die Urlaubsvertretung und den Hausmeister! Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub in einer absoluten Traumwohnung! Liebend gerne kommen wir wieder!!

Unbelievable Penthouse with Awesome Views

We stayed at this lovely Penthouse for four amazing days. This home is beautiful, comfortable, and very high-end. All the appliances were high quality and we had three different kinds of coffee makers. The furniture and beds were incredibly comfortable. Fine linens and towels were in the house and there were tons of high-end dinnerware, cutlery, and glasses for every purpose. This house is one of the nicest VRBOs that I have stayed in over the last many years. Our hostess was incredibly helpful and communicative. She recommends three local restaurants. Near the Landhaus are a good Indian restaurant called "Taj Mahal", a good Italian restaurant "Pane e vino" and a good bavarian restaurant "Gasthof Frauendorfer". Each restaurant was unique and the food was delicious. The service was also GREAT and there was even live music and dancing at Gasthof Fraunendorfer. There is free secure parking in a garage that is accessed with a garage door opener. We liked being able to do laundry in the clean, bright laundry room. This house is perfect and the balcony overlooks a gorgeous mountain view. We didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this home. If we are ever back in Garmish this will be the only place we stay. Amazing, simply amazing.

Luxury and relaxation

The penthouse rental at Landhaus Pitzner is the perfect place for 2 couples or a family to stretch out and relax with breathtaking views of the Zugspitze and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Well equipped and spacious, the rental would be ideal to entertain and host dinners for bigger parties if other units in the building were also rented. It is centrally located, just a short walk to the town center and the hiking trails. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.
