Our holiday home is located in the Spadici district, one of Porec's most attractive areas, on a quiet side street.

Apartment No. 2 has two bedrooms with double beds, a living area with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a large balcony off one bedroom. The second bedroom has its own private balcony.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV are all free of charge.

The apartment has private parking directly by the house.

Gepflegte Wohnung, gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, es ist alles in der Wohnung, was man braucht. Die Wohnung war top sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung. Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wünschenswert wären noch ein Fön und eine bessere Pfanne. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief nicht ganz reibungslos. Wir hatten bei der Agentur kurzfristig eine 3. Mitreisende angemeldet. Diese Information kam aber beim Objektmanager nicht an.

Netter Empfang und eine Tolle Wohnung

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Abwicklung ging zügig. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine vierköpfige Familie. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und Frau Obajdin war sehr freundlich. Der Sandstrand ist nicht weit entfernt und es gibt Bäcker und einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (4 u. 2) einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Schöne gut gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Kurze Wege zum Strand, Restaurant oder zum Einkaufen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles was man bei seinem Urlaub braucht .

Eine hervorragende saubere Wohnung mit einer sehr freundlichen Vermieterin. Jegliche Kommunikation funktionierte reibungslos und sehr zügig. Adria und Restaurants in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
