We offer our beautiful one-bedroom apartment (80 m2) with spacious allure in a characteristic former factory building "Magister" in the Westerpark district.
The house is located on the (slightly) raised ground floor of a robust and well isulated former factory building from 1921 with a unique industrial character, located along the water of the Kostverlorenvaart. The house has large windows, high ceilings, arched hallways and is very light due to the corner location.
