We came in for a concert at Clemson. This location was very close. The price was perfect especially since everyone else jacked their prices sky high for the event. Communication was great! The condo was very cute and right on the water.

This place screams “charming”. It’s warm, cozy and super inviting. Great layout. Plenty of space for my group of 5. Could easily sleep 6 or even 8. We were only there for one night (moving our student in at Clemson) but fired up the grill and made steaks and burgers. I would not consider this an upscale/modern rental but Roya was a great host and had everything we needed for the whole crew. Good selection of kitchen wares…reliable WiFi… TV’s in every room. Both full restrooms were great. Good water pressure throughout and AC worked great. Just be sure to follow the instructions to turn off away mode.

& Seneca for shopping, restaurants and events. Shoreline Chalet has a rustic ambiance. An enchanting boardwalk leads to your boat slip. Launch your boat at nearby Warpath Public Landing. Designated boat trailer parking before gate. Plenty of guest parking too, Neighbors are friendly.
This end unit is next to the greenway for added privacy.
