Independiente de la zona, muy difícil para pasar en el auto, la casa vieja, las camas son catres los colchones viejos y no salió agua caliente del baño de arriba, el baño de abajo de la regadera se tapa y la vajilla sucia y vieja

Hola, Muchas gracias por tomarse el tiempo para escribir una reseña. Nos entristece que su estancia no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas. Hemos sido informados por el anfitrión que los colchones están en muy buenas condiciones y no muy viejos. La comodidad de los colchones es una cuestión de preferencia personal. Como algunos huéspedes prefieren los colchones más duros sobre más suaves y viceversa, es desafortunadamente imposible satisfacer los gustos de todos. Esperamos que no le haya molestado demasiado. En cuanto al agua, debido a las reparaciones del ayuntamiento en la calle, causó un problema con los calentadores. Pedimos disculpas por ello, por desgracia estaba fuera de nuestro control. Sin embargo, nos complace que al menos no afectó a los dos baños. Agradecemos sus comentarios ya que nos ayudan a mejorar nuestros servicios para el futuro, y esperamos darle la bienvenida de nuevo pronto. El equipo de Bookiply.
