Luxury village house with private pool

We offer you a holiday home that is ideal for families of 4-9 people.
The house is fully equipped so that you can enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Including excellent WiFi reception in all rooms and outdoor areas.

The rooms:
There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The first room has two single beds. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and patio doors to a French balcony. The next room has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony and seating area that overlooks the patio and pool. The third room on this floor has three single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and patio doors to a French balcony. On the second floor is the fourth bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath. This room also has a spacious private terrace with a lounge sofa and cozy sitting area where you can enjoy the long sultry nights together.

All bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING.

Roof terrace with BBQ
On the second floor there is also a spacious roof terrace with a very large seating area and a barbecue. Here you have a beautiful view over the mountains. The roof terrace is a great place to watch the changing colors of the mountains during the day and watch the sun go down before dining under an exuberant starry sky.

Patio with lovely swimming pool
The house is built in an L-shape around the sunny patio with the swimming pool. On the ground floor is the spacious entrance with a spacious sitting room with a wood-burning stove, a TV (canal digital), DVD, games and books / DVDs. The spacious kitchen with pantry is fully equipped, there is also a large dining table. Through the French doors you enter the patio, where there is a large dining area with sofas. Here you can enjoy a pleasant stay from early morning to night. In the patio you have your own private swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters and a separate bathroom with toilet and shower.

Facilities in the village
In the village there is a bakery, butcher, a small supermarket, a doctor's office, a playground and a bar with tapas. Everything is within a 7 minute walk from the house. At the bottom of the dam there is also a restaurant, with a beautiful view over the dam and sometimes live music.

Hiking trails
There are hiking trails directly from the house. But we have the directions of many more challenging, nice and beautiful hiking routes available for you.

Accessibility
The house is very easily accessible and is located 5 km from the Granada – Motril motorway. With a half hour drive you are at the beach of the Costa Tropical. Half an hour in the other direction you are in Granada city and at the entrance of the world famous Alhambra. The beautiful Alpujarras with its ancient white villages are a fifteen minute drive away!
