This place is so wonderful!! The area is great and feels safe. There's a ton of great food options from cafes to Asian food, to classics like Canes; and is only 2 blocks from a train station and many busses! Even with all of that going on, it wasn't loud near the apartment. The only noise that was a little annoying was the garbage, but that's going to be loud anywhere you areThe property was a great amount of space with all the amenities we needed. The duel washer-dryer was nice as we didn't have to remember or be at the place to switch over our clothes. The dishwasher worked great. The fridge was brand new and worked like a charm. A small note, there's no microwave, but there's a stove and an oven for any re-heating you may need to do. Wasn't an issue for us, but I know others may want one. The bed was very comfortable and there were thick and thin options for blankets. The amount of space was a huge plus for us! We were able to unpack all of our clothes and put our bags away in another closet.There were a few evenings where it was pretty hot and a fan would have been nice, but it was still tolerable and with everything else provided, it wasn't a deterrent. If when we come back to Seattle, we will be looking to see when this space is available and booking my vacation for them so I can stay here again. It was so pretty, spacious, in a great place, and the host was helpful when we reached out, and hands off otherwise. If you have the chance to stay here, do it!!!!
