Wir möchten klarstellen, dass in der Immobilienanzeige eindeutig angegeben ist, dass die Wohnung einen Seeblick hat, aber an keiner Stelle wird erwähnt, dass sie sich auf See-Niveau befindet. Auch der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über eine Auffahrt mit einer leichten Treppe, eine Information, die auch in der Fotogalerie sichtbar dargestellt ist.
Was Ihren Eindruck vom Zustand der Wohnung betrifft, so bedauern wir aufrichtig, dass sie nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Leider schimmelig und feucht
So schade , nette Kommunikation und eine schöne Lage…. Leider war alles immer feucht und klamm , Decke und Ecken schimmelig. Die Lage ist so schön und es ist auch alles da was man braucht aber die Feuchtigkeit und der Schimmel geht leider gar nicht .
Wir haben noch Alternativen gesucht aber leider über Pfingsten nichts gefunden.
Die Parkplatz Situation ist auch nichts für schwache Nerven , wenn man zu spät kommt hat man auch einfach keinen
