Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure the hot tub and trash cans are closed and secure before check out.
Any used bedding and towels should be left in front of the washer and dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Mini split remotes need to remain in the same synced settings whether that is heating/cooling. If one remote is different it will shut down system.
