The ground floor is an open-plan space: to the right of the entrance is the dining room with reading corner; to the left is a large kitchen with peninsula, at your disposal all the kitchen utensils useful for preparing meals.
In the centre is the spiral staircase that leads to the upper floor.
It continues into the living room with a three-seater sofa with peninsula and 55-inch TV.
On this floor is the bathroom with hydromassage shower and the bedroom with direct access to the garden.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, relaxation room and a bedroom with single bed (1.80m) with pull-out bed and an open-plan hallway with second living area with sofa.
The house is surrounded on three sides by a balcony with lake view.
The holiday home has open internal stairs, please supervise small children.
The holiday home is also suitable for the low season and in winter, there is central heating and underfloor heating on request from 15 October.
The large garden invites you to relax and enjoy and be enchanted by the natural beauty of the surroundings and unwind in this picturesque setting. The surrounding area is characterised by other holiday homes and houses as well as rivers, lakes and nature, offering a wide range of leisure activities.
The lake and beach are approx. 20 metres away.
Dongo has beautiful, shallow pebble beaches with lots of greenery, ideal for holidays with children.
