magnifiques vacances

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. L'appartement est tel qu'il est décrit dans l'annonce. il est bien équipé, c'est une des rares locations où il y avait des poêles non griffées/ en très bon état :). Concernant la boite de nuit, on ne l'entend pas . ce que l'on entend, ce sont les personnes quelque peu éméchées qui crient aux petites heures . c'est surprenant mais on s'y habitue. Dernière chose, le lever de soleil vu de la terrasse, est magnifique.

No volveria nunca, piso viejo, al lado de discotecas en donde se oye todo, ventana de una de las habitaciones q no se podía abrir, cocina sucia, parking en otro edificio... La lavadora vieja del año 60, se estropeo y la cambieron, sin saber q de nuestra fianza ya me habian quitado 150 euros para pagar la nueva. No vino técnico para repararla o para determinar q opciones. Si yo lo hubiera sabido, le compro una de segunda mano por 50 euros, q incluso hubiera tenido más valor q la q nos encontramos. Lo dicho, nunca más.

Vue magnifique, mais environnement très bruyant la nuit ,et pas de climatisation.

Cet appartement jouit d une vue magnifique et d un emplacement idéal.il est plutôt bien équipé. Ne pas oublier de prendre avec vous des boules quies si vous voulez dormir....(discothèque à quelques mètres de l immeuble) Il manque également la climatisation, il y a seulement des ventilateurs au plafond,ce qui ne suffit pas en été.

Perfecto lugar para pasar unas vacaciones.

El apartamento está ubicado a escasos metros de la playa., no es necesario coger coche y esto es una grandísima ventaja. Cada día, puedes ver amanecer desde la terraza, viendo la playa. Los desayunos son idílicos. Dispones de plaza de de garaje cerrado en un edificio cercano. Esto es muy bueno, ya que las zonas de playa es muy difícil aparcar, en este caso, además es de pago. El apartamento tiene el tamaño suficiente para cuatro personas. aunque tiene mesa de salón, nosotros no la utilizamos más que para depositar cosas, ya que desayunábamos, comíamos y cenábamos en la mesa de la terraza. La cocina tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para realizar comidas. El baño tiene también lo necesario. Hay agua caliente de sobra para 4. Hay lavadora, lavavajillas, ,microondas, horno, tele,... Además, tienes sombrilla y sillas de playa, esto es muy bueno ya que no tendrás que cargarlas en el coche. La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de la playa (te recomiendo que justo después de las 9:30 pongas la sombrilla cerrada y las sillas, para guardarte sitio. El paseo es amplio y de casi 1km de largo, pero a veces se llena porque suele haber mucha gente paseando. Te recomiendo que visites el otro lado, desde el puerto hacia la derecha. Si quieres subir al Peñón de Ifach, antes de llegar, llama para reservar cita. El lugar es ideal para practicar ciclismo de carretera. Ten en cuenta que todo es cuesta arriba o cuesta abajo. No hay nada llano. Pero no suele haber cuestas con gran desnivel, aunque el viento es fuerte siempre. Cuidado con los vehículos, ya que no suelen respetar el 1,5m de distancia. Para comer o cenar te recomiendo que reserves cita. en casi todos los sitios se suelen llenar. Los del puerto no suele haber problema porque son muchos y muy amplios, así como en el Mamma Rosa. Y en otros según llegas, te toca esperar un poco. El apartamento cuenta también con 3 piscinas y 2 lavapiés en el recinto. Son de uso exclusivo para residentes, no son públicas, con lo que no suele haber mucha gente. La pega del apartamento es que no cuenta con aire acondicionado, solamente un ventilador de techo en cada dormitorio.

Fijn appartement,groot genoeg voor als je met z’n 2en bent,alles voorhanden wat je nodig hebt. Uitzicht en omgeving schitterend. We hebben 4 heerlijke weken gehad.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, avec tout commerces de proximité . Des levés de soleil éclatants, le logement tres fonctionnel...les propriétaires sont très sympathiques...bref...15 jours de vacances à renouveler. Encore merci. Famille CARPENTIER GLEYZES.

Vacances formidables dans un cadre idéal.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. L’appartement est en tous points conformes au descriptif. Sa situation est idéale et nous n’avons quasiment pas pris notre véhicule sur les deux semaines. La plage est en bas du logement ainsi que la piscine. La vue du balcon est magnifique.

Vacances à Calpe

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par M et Mme Marty. L'appartement est très bien situé, très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Les photos reflètent la réalité, les piscines sont très bien, la plage à quelques pas, les parties communes très bien entretenues. Petit bémol cependant, la jeunesse termine la soirée dans un bar situé à proximité, un conseil fermer vos fenêtres à partir de 2heures et allumer le ventilateur (plafonnier) pour vous rafraîchir. Les restaurants du bord de plage sont très bien, avec un bon rapport qualité prix et les serveurs parlent français! De très bonnes vacances...

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Les propriétaires sont très accueillant ,gentilles et professionnels L appartement est très bien situé et très bien équipé on ne manque de rien, la terrasse a une vue exceptionnelle dont on s en lasse passe. La pecsine est très bien sécurisé. On a tous a proximité plage, restaurant, bar, magasins, supérette .... Les habitants sont très sympathique. Nous aurons le plaisir d y retourner A bientot

L'appartement est très bien équipé, il offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur le Peñon.

Nos petits- enfants ont particulièrement apprécié les piscines et la plage au pied de l'immeuble . Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

très bel appartement

Appartement idéalement situé (plein Est, super lever de soleil), la terrasse est tellement agréable que vous y prenez tous vos repas. Cuisine trés bien équipée et logement trés propre et fonctionnel. Accés direct à la plage. Super restaurant /pizzeria "Mama rossa" en bas de la résidence (côté Penon) bon, copieux et prix trés raisonnable. Location à recommander

séjour à calpe

Bel appartement en front de mer avec garage, sa terrasse véranda est bien commode lorsque le vent souffle, et nous fait profiter d'une belle vue sur la mer et le pignon. Grand appartement confortable, avec télévision chaines française. le garage est bien pratique. Lors de notre séjour en mai le soleil était au rendez vous avec des températures de 26°. Nous reviendrons certainement .

Nice and comfortabel flat

German family 2 (3) adults + 2 children 22.12.12-5.1.13 the flat was perfect for us. Morning sun up to 1pm on the balcony, good heating system, very well equiped and clean. It has direct access to the nice beach + pool, supermarket near by. Nice view to beach, sea and penon de Ifach. Some nights we had a great direct view to the fullmoon above the sea. The owner is friendly and reliable. We would recomend this flat to good friends. You have good possibilities for walking in the mountains, freeclimbing and kitesurfing.

Appartement avec vue imprenable sur la mer

Appartement très bien situé en première ligne de plage avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur le penon. A proximité de tout commerce, superette juste en face, boulangerie et restaurants à coté. Le port n'est pas très loin, ont y va à pied. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec un grand frigo et une plancha (génial pour les grillade) etc... rien de manque. La plage est juste en face à 80 m environ et à la piscine, il y a un maitre nageur pour surveiller les enfants. Le personnel de la résidence est très sympa surtout la conciège. Nous avons bien appréciés les jeux de clés pour nos enfants qui avaient leurs indépendances. Les propriétaires sont trés gentils. La nuit nous n'entendons pas la musique de la discothèque mais à la sortie les fétards s'exprime. Nous avons passés un super séjour (15 js) à Calpé et nous y retournerons sans problème. Nous recommadons vivement cet appartement. La famille Ballu

fortement conseillé

Appartement idéalement placé, on peut y passer 15 jours sans sortir la voiture du garage, tout est à proximité(boulangerie,supérrette,restaurants) et il y a un arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble pour aller en ville ou au mercadillo.L'équipement de l'appartement est on ne peut plus complet(super la plancha pour les poissons), le personnel de la résidence aimable et serviable, en plus il y a un maitre nageur pour surveiller la piscine. Quant au bruit il n'est pas pire qu'ailleurs( on est au 7 eme étage),la ville a du changer ses horaires de nettoyage car on n' a pas entendu les poubelles durant 15 jours et poutant tout est propre. Certains fétards font du bruit oui mais après tout ce sont les vacances. Je conseille vraiment cet appartement, en plus les propriétaires sont très sympas

Nuisances sonores

Malgré une superbe vue et un appartement fort sympathique et utilitaire, nous précisons qu'une discothèque se trouve à 100 mètres (boîte de nuit principale de Calpe) de l'appartement ainsi que plusieurs restaurants dont 1 avec karaoké, cela nous a permis de connaître l'état d'ébriété des clients jusqu'à une heure avancée de la nuit. Et un grand merci à la municipalité de Calpe pour le ramassage journalier des poubelles, des bouteilles de verre et le nettoyage des rues dès 3 heures du matin. Nous recommandons vivement aux propriétaires la mise en place d'une climatisation afin de fermer les fenêtres par forte chaleur. La situation de l'appartement est plus conçue pour des jeunes fêtards que pour des seniors qui veulent leur tranquillité surtout aux mois de juillet et août.

CALPE FRONT DE MER

Magnifique vue sur la mer. Les piscines sont surveillées par un gardien qui fait respecter le réglement en vigueur à la lettre. L'appartement en lui même est très bien, ça ne nous a pas dérangé mais il n'y a pas de télé. Le garage mis à disposition dans un bâtiment tout proche est grand et l'on peut disposer du vélo s'y trouvant. Location a recommander.

Magnifique vue mer

Un appartement idéalement placé en première ligne de plage. Plage nettoyée tout les matin. Petite superette de l'autre côté de la rue. Tout pour faire la cuisine rien ne manque. Nous conseillons cette location.
