Ubicación ideal y excelentes vistas al mar
Pros: La amplitud de la vivienda y sus vistas a la piscina y al mar, que permitían una brisa muy agradable
Cons: La cercanía a la carretera nacional genera un poco de ruido ambiente aunque acabas acostumbrandote, no influye al dormir
