This fully appointed home features one king bed, two queen beds, and a twin trundle, comfortably accommodating families and groups. With two full bathrooms, a private outdoor shower, heating and air conditioning, and everything you need for a comfortable stay, you'll feel right at home.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in the hallway bathroom tub. Leave any used dog sheets or towels in the hallway near the laundry area
Bag all trash and place it in the outdoor trash bins located at the back of the fence and bring cans to the road. Please pick up and properly dispose of any pet waste from the yard.
Please do not strip the beds or remake them—our cleaning team will take care of that.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please pick up after pets and dispose of waste properly before checkout (a $200 cleanup fee may apply if pet waste is left behind
Please don't take anything from the home. If you fall in love with something, just ask! Many items can be purchased.
Toilets are for toilet paper only. Please don't flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or anything else.
