Tucked away in the Azalea Hill area of McKinleyville, this modern studio is designed to be a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring Humboldt County. Perfectly situated between Trinidad, Arcata, and Eureka, the studio offers convenient access to many of Northern California's most memorable destinations. Spend your days exploring Redwood National and State Parks, Fern Canyon, Sue-meg State Park, the Arcata Community Forest, Moonstone Beach, Trinidad, the Arcata Plaza, and the historic waterfront of Old Town Eureka.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the North Coast offers endless opportunities for hiking, beachcombing, kayaking, paddleboarding, whale watching, wildlife viewing, scenic drives, and fishing. The Mad, Smith, Trinity, Klamath, Eel, and Van Duzen Rivers are all within reach for swimming, rafting, fishing, and unforgettable day trips into the mountains. Willow Creek, the Avenue of the Giants, Southern Humboldt, and Trinity and Ruth Lake also make excellent day-trip destinations.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire studio, including a private entrance, private bathroom, and private hot tub.

You’ll also have access to your own outdoor seating area, as well as the surrounding gardens and property. Parking is available on the property.

The main house and other private areas of the property are reserved for the host. If you need anything during your stay, I’m just a message away and happy to help while also respecting your privacy.

Accessibility Information

Please note that there is one step up into the private bathroom, so the space may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations.

The California King bed is higher than a standard bed. For your convenience and safety, a sturdy step stool is provided in the closet to make getting in and out of bed easier.
