-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

- 2 parking spaces marked behind the building (No oversized trucks or oversized SUVs)
- Any additional cars would need to pay for street parking right out front of building and on the street.
*Street parking in Dewey Beach is metered from May 15 to September 15.

*As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers paper bags for purchase and access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
