The Seeparadies No. 14 ferry house is located directly on Lake Sellin and spans 3 floors. With approximately 80 m² of space, it offers plenty of room for up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing and restful holiday in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin.
The island of Rügen and the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin warmly welcome holidaymakers every year! Experience the diversity, the fine-sand beaches, and the varied cultural programme of the island of Rügen.
Primarily from April through September, the Baltic Sea resorts offer a rich entertainment programme for holidaymakers and locals alike. Concerts by various artists take place; at the open-air theatre in Ralswiek, Klaus Störtebeker is up to his old tricks again; and the piers glow in the light of high-altitude fireworks.
You don’t necessarily need a car to explore the island. One of the highlights is the “Rasende Roland” train. It runs from the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren through the resorts of Baabe, Sellin, and Binz to its final stop in Lauterbach. You’re welcome to get off at the individual stops and explore, for example, the Granitz Castle and the hunting lodge on Tempelberg. From there, you can also easily take the Jagdschlossexpress to the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.

As guests at this holiday rental, you and your travelling companions have free admission (up to 3 hours daily) for the duration of your stay to the AHOI! water park with a large sauna area in the neighbouring town of Sellin. There is NO sauna and NO swimming pool on the property itself.
