We loved this place! Everything was perfect for us! The place is beautiful and so cozy and clean. The yard is huge and being right on the river was great. We will definitely return to this place!
The place is phenomenal. We had a blast staying here. The water was not as cold as we thought and the kids were able to go swimming. There's not much wood on the property for the fire so bring your own just like the listing but other than that it's perfect

Thank you, Keng! We're thrilled to hear you had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the swimming. We appreciate your feedback about the firewood and will keep it in mind for future guests. We hope to welcome you back soon!
Wonderful property that is peaceful and quiet. Everything was as described on the listing. Responsive property management for any issues or questions. Will definitely return.
This cabin was such a wonderful place to relax and unwind. It was very spacious not only within the cabin but the grounds were beautiful and private. We had deer grazing outside most mornings and evening. Our dogs loved being able to have plenty of space to run and explore. Definitely want to go back and possibly stay longer. Loved it!

Thank you, Jane! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and found our cabin a perfect retreat. It’s wonderful that your dogs had space to explore too! We can't wait to welcome you back for an even longer visit. Safe travels!
House was stocked with everything, we enjoyed watching all the deer with babies in the yard feeding. Tubing down the river was alot of fun, and the guys enjoyed fishing from the river right in the backyard.
Our stay in this cabin was Subaru in every way. We give it a 10 out of 10. Pet friendly, clean as can be, response from property management when needed could not have been better. Would highly recommend this property!
We loved the property... it was private and beautiful while still being close enough to town. The family used all the outdoor amenities including the big yard, fishing platform, fire pit and tetherball.
We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for us and our dog. We loved the location. (be aware that the last mile is down a gravel road) Enjoyed the gas fireplace and the sectional couch for relaxing on New Year's Day. Short drive to Blue Ridge for shopping and dining.

Love quietness & tranquility in the Woods
We loved the openness, bedrooms being separate, huge shower in primary! Love the close proximity to Curtis Switch. We will be back! One of our favorite cabins on the Toccoa River.

Best cabin
Our family rents a cabin every year for the 4th of July. This was by far the best! Location was perfect. Cabin is right on the river. Had the best deck were we spent most of our time. Fishing, rafting all in a very peaceful wooded setting. And like most the others have said the deer were everywhere. Hope to be back next year!
It was great. The drive back to the property was a bit tricky with no paved road.

Riverside paradise!
This was the perfect place for a peaceful few days of rest and relaxation. Very quiet location. We saw multiple deer every morning and evening. The yard is perfect for a large family with kids to spread out and play. The back deck was very spacious as well. Loved the picnic table location too! Cabin was immaculately clean and the grounds well maintained. Would highly recommend booking this cabin!

Amazing Home and Location
The cabin was the perfect location for my son’s birthday and grandson’s college graduation. We had a very relaxing vacation and the river was absolutely beautiful! The home is nicely furnished and I loved the large open great room leading to the spacious outside deck. My grandson enjoyed the fire pit by the tranquil sounds of the river and said it was very relaxing after finishing his Bachelors. Thank you so much for a restful and recharging place for our family.
I can not express how beautiful this property is. The cabin was extremely clean and by far one of the best places I've stayed at in the area. Secluded enough to have privacy while enjoying outside but it was very close to town.We came during a rainy week but we were still able to take advantage of putting the tubes in down the road and floating back to the house. We did this several times and the kids had a blast! The cabin had enough space inside and outside to relax and get out of the rain but still be out on the porch relaxing while watching the deer. We grilled out and played tetherball and board games just about every night. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with items we needed. I can't say enough good things about this place ... Unfortunately for me property management changed hands during my reservation and I was a little uneasy at first with the change. But over several emails and phone calls I felt at ease and the property manager Felicia helped me with all my questions regarding the property. The keyless entry was hard to do (my nephew was the only one who could figure it out). If you went too fast or too slow it wouldn't work, so we struggled with that. The only thing that would make this place prime for me (it's already one of the best) is adding gates to the porch for the dog and a hot tub :) I will definitely be back!

Great and peaceful cabin
We stayed at this cabin for three nights following a six day stay at another nearby cabin in the woods. We specifically chose this one to enjoy the unique experience of having a river right on the property and it didn’t disappoint.
The cabin itself is beautiful and peaceful. We loved the quiet surroundings and the chance to observe deer roaming the property. It was also fun to watch people tubing down the river from time to time.
One thing to note: the riverbank near the cabin is quite muddy, so getting into the water can be a bit of a challenge. There aren’t any rocks or easy entry points if you’re just hoping to dip your feet.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil, nature-filled getaway
Host was responsive. Cabin is at the end of gravel road making it peaceful. It was cold while we were there so didn't go outside except to walk around the property. Short 20 minutes to Blue Ridge. Rode the train and shopped. And of course went to Mercers for apple Fritters. If it was summertime we would have got in the water. Cabin was very clean and everything worked. We had no issues. The only thing to note is a couple of steep hills on the well maintained gravel road. 4WD probably not necessary unless it snows. It rained pretty hard while we were the and had no problem with 2WD pickup. Great time relaxing and watching the train go by on the other side of the river
We had a lovely week at this home. The master bed is very comfortable, though getting over the frame is a bit challenging, even for a tall person. The master bath is spa-like. The Toccoa River in the back yard was marvelous. Wildlife entertained us on the property-bunnies, deer, and a red fox! We would have liked instructions on disposing of garbage bags. It is understandable that outdoor garbage cans are a challenge due to the wildlife but keeping the bags in the house is problematic for a week's stay as it got stinky.
