Great place for our home base while fishing. Perfect choice between 2 inlets for ease of launching our boat. Very nice weather and fishing was good. We will be back!

Our overall communication with Jane was fantastic. She was great on responding and keeping us informed if we could check in early. She was always available to answer any questions and very polite on the phone. She gave us great restaurant recommendations in town. My reason for the low rating was the property. I have rented many VRBO'S and have never checked out early due to the condition of a property. We stayed there one night and left the next morning, The property has great potential, but I did not rent this place for a great potential. This is a place I would not stay at again.

Surprised to see your review. Not sure what I could have done for your Friend with allergies. The house is on 5 acres by the Lake and golden rod is in full bloom. I hope moving to the City helped.

After booked the house. A few weeks later got a message asking for a 150. Cleaning fee. The listing said not hidden fees was just the price listed. Then unfortunately we had a family emergency and could not make the trip. She would not refund and portion of our stay. She accused us of making it to get out of the reservation. Because I questioned the clean fees. We did not expect all of our money back but 1/2 would have been nice.

The guest did not stay at the house. Not sure why she is leaving a review? This guest did not feel she had to pay the cleaning fee like everyone else does. She said she would never have booked. She had the 7 days to cancel for a full refund. She cancelled last minute and didnt want to pay anything. I did ask VRBO to drop their fees to accommodate her.
