Modern 4BR in the Heart of Elmwood Village

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to provide some additional context for future guests. Your stay unfortunately coincided with an unusually intense heat wave in Buffalo. Temperatures of that nature are not typical for our area, and under normal summer conditions, the window A/C unit has been sufficient for the space and has not been a recurring concern with our guests. Regarding the microwave, when you contacted me about the issue, I responded and made an effort to address it. However, when I arrived at the property, no one was there and the unit was locked. Because the space was occupied by guests, I could not simply enter the unit without your permission. I take guest privacy and security seriously and would not enter an occupied guest space without authorization. I certainly understand that the unusually high temperatures may have made the bedrooms less comfortable than expected, and I regret that this affected your experience. We take guest concerns seriously and always make every reasonable effort to address issues when they are brought to our attention during a stay.
