A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, 2 open terraces, a covered terrace and a barbecue, is also available for your use.

Families with children are welcome.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. There are small dog houses in the outside area.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Air conditioning is not available.
The host lives in a separate house in the complex.
A laundry room is available for stays of 5 nights or longer.
