Welcome to this beautiful, second-floor condo in Waipouli Beach Resort - an oceanfront complex with heated pools, a water slide, and a shallow sand pool just for kids. Take your coffee downstairs, stick your toes in the sand, and watch the ocean roll in on the beach. Or, spend the day at the pool, where the water slide, shallow sand pond, and three whirlpool spas create the fun atmosphere of a water park. You can even dine at Oasis, an on-site restaurant with an ocean view and a fantastic happy hour!

The ocean, the pool, and Oasis are just steps from your condo. If you'd prefer a morning coffee out or need to do a bit of grocery shopping, there's a shopping center across the street with a Starbucks and a Safeway. The property is located across the street from shopping center with grocery store, wine shop, restaurants, barber and anything you would need during your stay. The property is very spacious and well kept. We especially enjoyed the pool and direct access to the beach, which was only few feet away from the pool. Highly recommend if you wish to stay in the Kapaʻa area.

We love this location

We always enjoy staying in this complex. Facing the street is a little bit noisy, but if you close the doors, you can’t hear it with the air conditioning on. Great location right on the beach hotel restaurant is really good. Very nice. Set up the host had beach, chairs and umbrellas, and a cooler which was really nice.

Lovely time on a nice section of Kauai coast that’s not far from the airport, restaurants, nice beaches, etc. Very quiet room with almost no noise from neighbors. Great pool area. Nice little beach for watching the sunrise

We've stayed at this property before, and it has the best pool/spa facility of any hotel. Very nice beach, close to many activities. Unit is fully loaded, roomy, very clean and well-maintained. When we visit Kauai again, this property will still be our #1 choice.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the easy access to the ocean, the beautiful lazy river and the convenience of the grocery store right across the street. The grill was fabulous, we ate so well while here because of it. The living space was spacious and very comfortable and clean. We would happily stay here again.
