Apartment 'Ferien Bei Patricia' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
The vacation apartment "PATRICIA" is located in the beautiful Orba valley surrounded by mountains and close to Denia, Calpe and beautiful spacious quiet sandy beaches.
The 30m2 apartment is equipped with a small fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a nice little bedroom.
The equipment includes fans, air conditioning and heating.
WLAN, Internet TV (Netflix), a microwave, hot air fryer, toaster, fridge-freezer and a coffee machine.
In the beautiful separate outdoor area with seating and loungers there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, stove and oven. Beach loungers and towels are available free of charge. Bed linen is changed once a week and the apartment is cleaned free of charge on request. Towels, soap, toilet paper and cleaning products are available free of charge. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. Parking is available directly in front of the house and there is a lockable garage for bicycles directly at the stepless separate entrance to the apartment.
All other amenities such as
Restaurants, stores, supermarket and swimming pool are within walking distance in 2 to 5 minutes. The shopping center in 10 minutes by car and the beach in 15 minutes. There is also a good bus connection.
The Orba valley is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and sightseeing, as Orba is located between Valencia and Alicante.
The climate is very mild and warm all year round.
Pets and children are not allowed.
Smoking only in the outdoor area and any kind of events are not permitted.
