T-0223, Buganvilla, very well maintained villa in Els Poblets

Beautiful Villa in Els Poblets with lovely Mediterranean garden and private pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one on the first floor (access by an external stairs) and the other two on the ground floor. It has 2 bathrooms with shower. To enjoy the hot summer nights, the house is equipped with 4 air conditioning units (in the three bedrooms and in the living room). For the cold winter we have additional electric radiators throughout the house. The air conditioners can also be set to emit warm air. If you want to give the living room a cosier atmosphere you can light a fire in the fireplace for those cooler winter evenings. Outside you will find a cosy terrace and a sunny roof terrace on the upper floor. Of course, we didn't forget your car. We keep a space where you can park your car in a shady carport under the purple flowers of the bougainvillea, to which the house owes its name. Buganvilla House.

Attention!
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. Would you like to book this service in addition? or would you like to bring your own linen? We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
Internet is available free of charge and electricity will be charged at 0,30 € / kWh after your departure. On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and the same on the day of your departure.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.

Die Kommunikation war super.Auch die Zimmer waren o.k., die Matrazen in den Betten waren gut, weder zu hart, noch zu weich.Nur 15 Minuten bis zum Strand zu Fuß war auch sehr angenehm.Leider gab es auch Mängel. Wir haben uns eine eigene Pfanne gekauft, da alle vorhandenen sehr zerkrazt waren. DIe Abzugshaube über dem Herd müsste auch mal gereinigt werden.Den Grillrost musste ich putzen, er war rostig. Wäre kein Problem, wenn man nicht 30 für einen dreckigen Grill zahlen müsste.Das Stromkontingent von 17 kW/Tag reicht nicht, wenn man auch nur ab und an die Klimaanlage laufen lässt, dann zahlt man nach.Leider waren auch keine Gewürze (nicht mal Pfeffer) im Haus. Wir mieten nun seit fast 20 Jahren Urlaubshäuser in Spanien, aber das wir Öl, Toilettenpapier, Küchenrollen und Gewürze kaufen mussten, hatten wir so auch noch.

Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Das die im Haus befindliche Pfanne bereits Gebrauchsspuren hatte, tut uns sehr leid. Anscheinend hat unsere Putzfrau diese noch als gut betrachtet, auch wenn Ihnen das anders vorkam. Vielleicht hat Sie auch versäumt die Dunstesse zu reinigen, selten... aber manchmal passieren menschliche Fehler. Aber Sie hätten uns gerne vor Ort benachrichtigen können, dann wäre unsere Putzfee nochmal gekommen und hätte das behoben. Der Flugrost am Grill in den Objekten so dicht am Meer, lässt sich schwer vermeiden und wäre für uns kein Grund Ihnen 30€ zu berechnen. Diese Pauschale berechnen wir bei den Mietern, die den Grill benutzt haben und uns voller Fett und ggf. abgebrannter Kohle zurücklassen. Leider kam das vor unserer Pauschale sehr oft vor. Und wegen der angefangenen Flaschen Öl und Essig und von Gewürzen, da befolgen wir aus hygienischen Gründen die Auflagen für den Tourismus in der Comunidad Valenciana. Mag sein, dass andere Vermietungsagenturen dass nicht so handhaben, aber wir sind für die strikte Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften. Für uns ist so die Übergabe unserer Objekte sauberer und professioneller, als so eine klebrige Flasche Öl vom Vormieter im Schrank zu belassen. Wir hoffen, Sie können jetzt unsere Beweggründe nachvollziehen und hoffen, bei einer erneuten Anmietung, dass Sie die gelobte Kommunikation mit uns auch voll nutzen und uns während Ihrem Aufenthalt kontaktieren. Dann versuchen wir Ihren Urlaub perfekt zu machen.

Todo perfecto!

La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas. Las camas muy buenas y grandes. El jardín muy bien cuidado, la ubicación es la que esperábamos, necesitas coger coche para ir a una playa de arena; pero como se puede aparcar dentro de la propiedad, no hay ningún problema. La atención y el trato de Laura se merece un 10!. Una casa que merece la pena.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem schönen Haus…mit dem Auto schnell am schönen Sandstrand ( Les Deveses), der auch im Juli nicht überfüllt und sehr sauber ist…Denia Stadt etwa 8km entfernt…Agentur sehr freundlich und zuverlässig…wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolles Objekt, danke für alles!

Haus, Garten, Pool, Lage sehr gut. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefgühlt, erholsame Wochen für uns! Den Strom extra zu berechnen hat uns ein wenig gestört, hier sollte man den Gästen - vor allem in der heutigen Zeit - einen sparsamen Umgang mit Energie zutrauen. Auto ist notwendig, vor allem um an den Sandstrand zu gelangen. Danke für die sehr freundliche und umsichtige Betreuung.
