Casa é velha e estava suja, cheia de teias de aranhas e baratas!! Foi o pior lugar que já ficamos! Tudo cheirava mofo, camas e os utensílios da cozinha cheios de pó.

Casa bem localizada, arejada, lugar sossegado por ser em condomínio, muito perto da praia, gostei muito e pretendo voltar, recomendo!!!

Minha experiência nesse imovel

Olha sinceramente foi o pior lugar que ja fiquei, principalmente por causa da umidade, sei que casas no litoral geralmente são mais úmidas que o normal mas essa por estar quase colada no morro, fica parecendo uma caverna de úmida, a proximidade do morro também não é muito agradavel visto as inumeras catastrofes que vemos todos os dias na TV, porém a limpeza, preço, e localização e segurança não tenho do que reclamar, muito pelo contrario.
