To help everyone have a safe and enjoyable stay, please keep these house rules in mind:

✔ Maximum occupancy: 16 registered guests

✔ Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

✔ Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee (up to 2 dogs; inquire about bringing a 3rd).

🚫 No parties, events, or large gatherings.

🚫 No smoking, vaping, or illegal activity inside the home.

🔇 Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors.

⚠️ Children must be supervised at all times around the lake, dock, and waterfront.

🚤 The dock, kayaks, water trampoline, and all water activities are used at your own risk.

🚤 You`re welcome to tie your boat alongside the dock during your stay. The boat lift is not available for guest use.

🍔 Please clean the propane grill after each use and turn off the propane when finished.

🛶 Return kayaks, life jackets, games, and outdoor equipment to their designated locations after use.

🚽 This home is on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only.

🏡 Please do not move indoor furniture or take indoor items outside.

🗑 Place all trash in the designated containers and keep lids securely closed.

🛠 Please report any damages or maintenance concerns as soon as possible so we can address them promptly.
