Incredible property near the beach, with wooden deck and pool, 3 suites and 1 attic, all with air conditioning, full kitchen, barbecue, wood stove, pizza oven, Satellite TV, wi-fi, beach chairs and umbrellas , with parking for up to 7 cars.

Important notices:

- Minimum rental of 2 nights
- In January and high season we only work with packages of 7 days
- At Carnival the minimum package is 5 days
- On holidays, packages must start on the eve of a holiday and the end is on the last day of the amendment.

Ideal for families and groups of up to 14 people (11 people in beds and the rest in auxiliary or sofa bed).

Located close to restaurants, supermarket and local trade.

In season, right next to the house, runs a diversified Food Park, with several food options.

About the region: 166km from São Paulo, separated from Camburi - or Cambury - by a small peninsula, Camburizinho reveals one of the most beautiful landscapes in the region. It is a white sand beach with clear, clean water. The exuberance of the Atlantic Forest refers to the beach climate with the countryside, giving a typical touch to this region.

The place where the house is located is quiet, located in a dead end street. A great place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty, with varied landscape, vegetation and exotic birds of the region.

If the program is to enjoy the beach, the beach of Camburizinho is a few meters and is one of the best on the North Coast of São Paulo.

Só tenho elogios para fazer tanto sobre a casa, quanto o proprietário. A casa é exatamente como o anunciado, Marco o proprietário super prestativo e todas as vezes que precisei falar com ele fui atendido rapidamente. A praia fica super próximo a casa e o lugar é maravilhoso. Ahhh o caseiro da casa também super prestativo conosco. Super recomendo e pretendo voltar outras vezes .

Passamos um FDS maravilhoso. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. A casa é muito perto da praia, e tem tudo para comprar muito perto também. O Caçamba (caseiro), é fantástico. Auxilia e é muito prestativo. Apenas uma pequena ressalva... Todos achamos que a piscina poderia ser maior, pois seria com certeza melhor aproveitada.

A casa é super espaçosa, acomoda 18 pessoas com conforto! Super infraestrutura, com equipamentos novos (fogão, geladeiras, TVs, etc) que tornam a estadia ainda mais aconchegante! Caseiro super atencioso e disponível! Localização maravilhosa - 5min da praia! Sou suspeita para avaliar: meu filho disse que quer morar lá! Casa Sensacional! Super recomendo!

Passamos uma semana excelente na praia de Camburizinho. Tudo foi perfeito! Só temos elogios a fazer para a casa , pro proprietário ( Marco Antonio) e pro caseiro Caçamba. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, quartos com suites confortáveis e espaçosos, cozinha super equipada e ambientes totalmente limpos. Área externa espaçosa ( com forno de pizza e a lenha) e piscina. Sempre que precisávamos o proprietário estava disponível para nos ajudar, além do caseiro Caçamba que fez de tudo para tornar nossa estadia inesquecível. A casa fica a 3 min da praia !!! Super recomendo a todos os interessados! Vocês não irão se arrepender da escolha!

Adoramos! A casa é exatamente como nas fotos: linda, rústica e aconchegante. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo caseiro e o Marco nos deu todas as informações com muita paciência e dedicação. A cozinha é super equipada. As suítes são confortáveis, o jardim lindo! Realmente é bem perto da praia. Não tivemos qualquer problema. Com certeza voltaremos!

Passei o natal e réveillon nesta linda casa em camburizinho e nos atendeu perfeitamente em tudo que precisamos! A casa é exatamente como nas fotos! Quartos grandes, arejados e tudo limpo! Cozinha organizada com todos utensílios necessários... A área externa é deliciosa! Onde nos reuniumos todas as tardes e onde fizemos churrasco praticamente todos os dias! Piscina gostosa e sempre limpa! O caseiro Caçamba é muitíssimo atencioso e prestativo... voltaremos com certeza! Indico super!

A casa é exatamente como está na foto, além de ser muito equipada com utensílios, ar condicionado e áreas de lazer, que fizeram com que nosso final de semana fosse ótimo. Além disso, o proprietário super acessível, simpático e que sempre esteve disposto a nos ajudar com quaisquer dúvidas. Por fim, o caseiro é uma pessoa extremamente confiável, simpática, de bom humor e que nos auxilio muito em nossa estadia. A viagem e a estadia superaram todas as nossas expectativas. A casa é perfeita, atende todas as necessidades desde uma família pequena à um grupo grande de pessoas. Extremamente limpa e confortável. O caseiro, Caçamba, foi super atencioso. Nos ajudou em tudo, até a descarregarmos as malas. A praia é realmente muito próxima, e além de tudo, é limpíssima. A casa tem tudo que precisa para uma boa estadia. Estávamos em 4 casais com 4 crianças e todos conseguiram curtir, descansar e aproveitar. O imóvel é perto da praia e estava limpo. Tanto o proprietário quanto o caseiro nos deram toda atenção necessária.

Perfeita !

Estive na casa com amigos, e adoramos a estadia. A casa é linda, grande, acomodou todos muito bem. Os moveis e utensílios estão todos em otimo estado. O caseiro caçamba é super atencioso, assim como o proprietário. A comunicação com o proprietário foi rápida e eficiente. A casa é do lado da praia, e possui mercadinhos proximos também. Eu recomendo a casa para todos.

Ótima casa!

Eu e um grupo de amigos passamos o ano novo na casa e amamos tudo! A localização da casa é realmente excelente. Tem tudo por perto e não precisamos pegar o carro pra nada (o que é ótimo, considerando que tem épocas que Cambury fica lotado). A casa é muito bonita, confortável e espaçosa, com uma área externa deliciosa, com churrasqueira, piscina e quintal. Recomendamos muito e esperamos poder voltar logo!
