Die Wohnung ist an sich schön und gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine). Leider müssen wir (wie auch einige unserer Vorgänger) die Sauberkeit bemängeln. Als wir ankamen, war die Bettwäsche und sämtliche Teppiche voller Tierhaare. Wir haben dann beim Ankommen erst mal die Bettwäsche waschen müssen und den Wohnzimmerteppich einrollen müssen (Staubsauger war leer, nicht benutzbar).Geschirr war leider auch schmutzig, ein vollkommen versiffter Schwamm, den ich nicht anfassen mochte, das Bad abgewohnt und verkalkt. Staub auf sämtlichen Oberfläschen, Fettfinger auf der Edelstahlküche überall. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, allerdings an viel befahrener Straße, dementsprechend Verkehrslärm. 3. Obergeschoss mit fragwürdigem Aufzug (während unseres Besuchs ist jemand stecken geblieben und der Techniker riet davon ab, den Aufzug zu benutzen). Check-in war schwierig, da der Name, bei dem wir klingeln sollten, nicht am Klingelschild steht und wir keinen Zugangscode hatten. Ein Nachbar konnte den Wohnungsbesitzer erreichen und es wurde uns schnell geholfen. Robert scheint nett zu sein. Alles in allem war es etwas enttäuschend, aber ok.

Insgesamt schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage, bis auf die zu optimierende Grundreinigung. Dies wurde zeitnah mit dem Vermieter geklärt und eine Erstattung gewährt ( was aber gar nicht unser Ansinnen war).

War leider nicht sauber

Wir waren für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft - ansich eine schöne Wohnung, aber leider war diese nicht besonders sauber. Die Dusche verkalkt, in einem als Nachttisch aufgestelltem Wäschekorb war Dreckwäsche und auf sämtlichen Flächen und Schränken war es dreckig und staubig.

"Auf sämtlichen Flächen und Schränken war es dreckig und staubig." Diese Aussage halten wir für etwas übertrieben. Eine Putzkraft war 3 Stunden in der Wohnung beschäftigt. Die Wohnung war sehr wohl sauber, aber es wurden einige Stellen übersehen. Trotzdem entschuldigen wir uns für die Unannehmlichkeit.
