This property and its owners may be new to vacation rentals, but you’d never know it! The littlest details were well thought out, from the extremely comfy beds and pillows, to the well-outfitted kitchen. Even the fire pit had some wood stocked upon our arrival, making the first night’s s’mores that much more enjoyable. The view from the deck is what dreams are made of - the beautiful untouched serenity of Lake Anne Louise. The cattails and tall grasses added to the whimsy while watching both sunrise and sunset. Our first walk down the lane brought us to an Art trail, full of delightful installations, and one that really blew our minds (it’s ENORMOUS and absolutely stunning)! If you’re looking for a well-appointed, scenic, extremely comfortable cabin that is centrally located to some of the UP’s best daytime activities, this is it! The nostalgia abounds - from the VHS and DVD players (with LOTS of movie options), to the card games, dominos, armchair recliner and pull-out sofa (also quite comfortable). We took day trips with ease to Taquamenon, Pictured Rocks, Marquette, and Kitch-iti-Kipi. And we’ll be back as soon as we can!
