El Presidente is ideally located on the beachside, between Marbella and Estepona, and is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The bright and airy 110 m² property consists of an open-plan living room and dining area, with sliding doors opening onto a large balcony. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher.



Bedroom 1 features an en suite bathroom, a king-size bed, and fully fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 offers twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes, and a separate bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, reversible air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. This penthouse offers a lovely balcony overlooking one of the pools and tropical gardens, with an electric canopy to provide shade on sunny days.



Guests have access to 5 pools, including a children's pool and another that is heated from mid-September until May. There are several tennis and padel tennis courts available for your use. Free parking is available outside the property.



Pets and smoking are not allowed. Parties are not permitted after 10 pm. A welcome book with all the information you need is available on-site. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. The property offers pool and garden views. Youth groups are not allowed.

Fantastic apartment. Has everything you need. Nice and clean and great location overlooking pool. Swimming pools are great and plenty of sunbeds and space to relax. Short drive to Puerto Banus, Estepona, Ronda and many more lovely places. Owners are very welcoming and communication is first class. Definitely recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying here.

💛 Beautiful 3 week stay 💛

Pros: Wonderful, clean apartment very well kept and newly decorated. Aircon worked amazing and was well needed! English TV and lots of movies channels for my little children. Hosts were absolutely amazing and so helpful always on hand to assist you when needed. Tracy was so lovely aswel so friendly. Will definitely be visiting again and recommending to family members x Cons: Check out times a little too early, and the pool is strict lifeguards and security are on you straight way if they don’t like something. No inflatables, balls etc in the pool area. Just a little heads up before people spend money on pool toys. Thank you Joanna for a lovely stay we had the best time 😘

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, l'emplacement parfait, l'appartement agréable, propre et confortable avec toutes le nécessaire pour une famille, les enfants ont pu profiter des piscines tous les jours et ils étaient aux anges. Nous avons passé en famille des vacances inoubliables. Par ailleurs, on doit souligner le chaleureux accueil des propriétaires et du personnel qui ont tout fait pour nous permettre d'avoir un excellent séjour.
