About this property

Child-friendly holiday home near the beach - with all the trimmings

'BaabeMeister'. The beach house 'BaabeMeister' is located just a few meters from the long white sandy beach, on the Baaber dune.

Have breakfast in the morning on the terrace, in the winter cozy in our light-flooded gallery, the crackle of the fireplace, enjoy the view in the snow-covered forest - that is pure relaxation!

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Cost of electricity (0.35 € / kWh), gas (0.98 € / cubic meter) and water (6.50 € / cubic meter) according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered upon request.
The rental deposit of 150, - € please pay in advance. (New Year's Eve 200, - €) This will be charged with the additional costs.
A pet bookable. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.

The exclusive equipment sauna, whirlpool, fireplace, reading area and underfloor heating at low heating costs (economical condensing gas spa) makes our beautiful, spacious beach house (about 85 square meters) to an idyll in every season.

The house is ideal for families with children. The playground is only 150 meters away and the beach is right next to it. In the house everything should be there for the children - from toys to books, board games, beach toys, cot, high chair, nursery guard, socket protection to a small footstool in the bathroom.

The house has many extras such as a relax lounger for reading, free Wi-Fi internet access, an electric grill, large flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room, bedroom with TV, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

You will not miss anything in this house. Be happy our guest.

Schönes Ferienhaus hinter der DĂŒne

Das Haus ist toll und es ist eigentlich alles da, was man braucht :) Ich hĂ€tte mir an allen Steckdosen Kindersicherungen und ein Treppengitter unten an der Treppe gewĂŒnscht. Ein Hochstuhl steht in der Kammer, da waren wir uns nicht sicher und haben einen eigenen mitgebracht. Das Holzhaus ist super hellhörig und die TĂŒren können einen Tropfen Öl vertragen ;)

Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeister war nicht zufriedenstellend. Der Tresor hatte keine Batterien. Wir haben uns trotzdem gut erholt.

Eine Woche in Baabe

Das Haus ist landschaftlich sehr schön im Wald gelegen. FĂŒr Kinder toll zum spielen. Der Weg zur Ostsee, ca. 500 m, mit Kindern gut zu erreichen. Auf dem RĂŒckweg ging es es dann noch ein Eis essen und zum Spielplatz, einfach toll.

Das Haus und seine Lage ist sehr schön. Die Sauberkeit der GerÀte,wie z.B der Toaster ,haben noch Luft nach oben. Ansonsten war,bis auf Spinnweben an der HolzvertÀfelung und das der Kamin defekt war,aber alles OK. Es ist wirklich idyllisch und ruhig und die Menschen rundum sind ALLE nett! Baabe ist eine Reise wert !

Leider nicht fĂŒr mehr als 3 Personen geeignet. Es sei denn man lebt aus dem Koffer, da in einem Schlafzimmer keine KleiderschrĂ€nke vorhanden sind. Wer mit mehr als einem Auto anreist, muss mit ParkgebĂŒhren von 15 Euro und mehr pro Tag rechnen. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war auch nicht ok. Ein klares nein fĂŒr diese Unterkunft mit mehr als 2 Erwachsenen

Tolle Lage - tolles Ferienhaus

Bei Ankunft haben wir uns zunĂ€chst etwas erschrocken, da zahlreiche FerienhĂ€user um uns herum standen. Diese waren so geschickt aufgestellt, dass jedes Haus seine PrivatsphĂ€re hatte. Niemand konnte dem Nachbarn auf dem „FrĂŒhstĂŒckstisch“ schauen. Die Umgebung war super, sehr nah zum Strand und zum Wald. Hervorragend mit Hund. Das Ferienhaus war fĂŒr 4 Personen großzĂŒgig aufgeteilt und sehr schön. An Ausstattung alles ausreichend vorhanden. Abwicklung der Nebenkosten innerhalb einer Woche nach Aufenthalt. Sehr zeitnah. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in diesem Ferienhaus.

Schönes gemĂŒtliches Haus

Das gemĂŒtliche Haus ist zwischen vielen BĂ€umen gelegen. Zwar befinden sich in unmittelbarer NĂ€he weitere FerienhĂ€user, aber das hat uns zu keiner Zeit gestört. FĂŒr vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder perfekt, fĂŒr sechs Erwachsene kuschelig, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Wasser ist schnell fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar und der Strand ist unfassbar sauber! Besonders gut hat uns der wirklich freundliche und zuvorkommende Service gefallen. Verdiente 5 Sterne!
