This spacious holiday rental, with approximately 90 m² of living space, can accommodate up to 4 people and spans the upper floor and attic. It’s ideal for families or friends looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet yet central location. Pets are not allowed.
On the upper floor is the inviting living area with a dining table, a comfortable sofa set, a radio, and satellite TV—the perfect place to relax after an eventful day. The open kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom on the ground floor features a bathtub and toilet, while the bathroom on the top floor has a shower and toilet.
Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished: On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and on the top floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) as well as a satellite TV.
The south-facing loggia invites you to relax outdoors, while you’ll find a parking spot for your car in the nearby car park. A high chair is available for younger guests. Bed linens and towels are included for stays of 7 nights or more. Wi-Fi is also available to provide you with internet access at all times during your stay.

Note on possible additional costs:
For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee.

If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, these can be booked as add-ons. We charge €12 per set for bed linens and €8 per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.

The visitor’s tax is based on the current regulations of the respective holiday destinations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
