With approximately 70 m² of living space, this lovingly furnished semi-detached house accommodates up to 5 people and your four-legged companion—perfect for families or small groups seeking relaxation and comfort.<br><br>Upon entering the house, you’ll be greeted by a spacious entryway that leads to a convenient guest bathroom and the light-filled living area. Large windows let the sun stream in, creating a warm, inviting ambiance.<br>The living area, featuring a spacious sofa, two comfortable armchairs, and a large dining table, is perfect for relaxing evenings, playing games together, or enjoying cosy meals.<br><br>A washing machine is available for your convenience. It is located in the storage room and can be used at any time<br><br>The separate, well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering—from your morning coffee to an evening family dinner.<br><br>An elegant marble staircase leads to the ground floor, where two bedrooms guarantee peace and relaxation. The master bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and plenty of storage space for your clothes. The second bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests: a spacious bunk bed (bottom 140x200 cm for two people, top 90x200 cm for one child) provides flexible sleeping arrangements.<br><br>The bright bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet rounds out the upper floor and promises a relaxing start to the day.<br><br>Your own parking space awaits you right outside the front door. All rooms are equipped with roller blinds, so you can enjoy privacy and a restful night’s sleep.<br><br>The house’s garden invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors: On the furnished terrace, which is partially covered like a sunroom, you can wind down the day in a beach chair. The garden is shared with the adjacent semi-detached house but still offers plenty of space to feel at home.<br><br>The “Carolin” holiday home is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place where you can unwind, spend time together, and create unforgettable holiday memories.<br><br><br>Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be exceptional cases where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.<br><br>High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.<br>Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one flat sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, per holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x tea towels.<br><br>The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons.
