Beautiful, simple, comfortable apartment block "Las Nasas nº12". In the centre of San Agustín, in a central, busy, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. In the house: air conditioning. Public parking on the road. Bus stop "San Agustín" 290 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
