Villa Alena is a newly built holiday home with swimming pool close to the city Porec.
In the place Vizinada there is a shop, cafe, rural households, a few wine and olive oil roads. Parenzana, once a famous railway and today a lovely bike and hike route goes through Vizinada. The house is set on enclosed property with view of a vineyard. Villa Alena has a swimming pool of 30 sqm, summer kitchen with barbecue fireplace and parking space for more vehicles.
Holiday home with swimming pool for 8 people with a living area of 165 sqm on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor is a living space with equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with electric fireplace, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are in total three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and the other two share a balcony, one bathroom is in the hallway. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist das schönste, in dem wir bisher waren. Die Wohnung ist äußerst sauber und geräumig (sehr viel Platz für 8 Personen auf 2 Etagen), alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden. Das Haus an sich, Böden, Fenster, Mobiliar / Einrichtung: absoluter Luxus! Bequeme Boxspring-Betten. Sehr gepflegte und weitläufige Außenanlage mit großem Pool und Außenküche inkl Elektrogrill. Wir bedanken uns bei den netten Vermietern für eine wundervolle und erholsame Woche.
