Villa Zaneta with pool is a renovated house in the quiet village Vosteni, 4 km from Sveti Lovrec and 17 km from Porec and its beaches.

The house was built in 1968 and renovated in 2015. Situated on its own 300 sqm fenced garden, guests have at their disposal a 20 sqm swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table and a tavern with barbecue. In the town Sv. Lovreč, which is only a few minutes away by car, you will find an ATM, a supermarket, a restaurant-pizzeria, cafe-bars and a children's playground.



Villa Zaneta with an area of 131 sqm with two separate entrances is spread over two floors. The first floor has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a separate bathroom. On the second floor there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of them with access to the terrace and a separate bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Wir waren mit drei Kindern und größerem Hund in diesem Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass sich unser Hund ohne Probleme auf dem Grundstück bewegen konnte. Er war von den Vermietern sehr willkommen. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen Pool der ca. 1.40m tief ist und regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und man konnte sich jederzeit bei Bedarf an sie wenden. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Wir waren 2 Wochen im schönen Ferienhaus Villa Zaneta. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Unsere Vermieterin hat uns freundlich empfangen und kurz eingewiesen. Sie hat uns noch einen Wein und Süßes für unsere Kinder mitgebracht. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden.
