Welcome to Cozy Haven, a peaceful Lake Anna retreat tucked at the end of a quiet cove, where 125 feet of private shoreline and a secluded setting make it easy to truly get away. Thoughtfully designed for families, lake adventures, and easy time together.

With kayaks, fishing poles, life jackets, inner tubes, canopy lawn chairs, beach towels, and your own private stretch of shoreline, lake days are easy from the moment you arrive.

Spend your mornings by the water, head out for a paddle, cast a line, float along the shoreline, or simply relax in the shade. Being at the end of the cove gives Cozy Haven an extra sense of privacy and calm, while still putting Lake Anna right outside your door. After a full day outside, come home to a cozy, comfortable space made for family dinners, games, and unwinding together.

THE SPACE

Cozy Haven has 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in standard beds.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom 1 — King bed
• Bedroom 2 — Two double beds
• Bedroom 3 — King bed
• Bedroom 4 — Queen bed

For our youngest guests, we also provide an inflatable toddler bed and Pack ’n Play.

One of the best parts of Cozy Haven is its setting. Tucked at the end of the cove, the property feels peaceful, private, and removed from the busier parts of the lake. With its private shoreline, there’s plenty of space to settle in and enjoy the water at your own pace.

Start the day with coffee by the water, spend the afternoon kayaking, fishing, or floating, and settle in for a quieter evening surrounded by the lake.

PACK LIGHTER

Beds are prepared with linens, bath towels are included, and beach towels are ready for lake days.

The kitchen is stocked for real family meals with cookware, dishes, and everyday essentials, plus a high chair and booster seat for younger guests.

Bring your clothes, your favorite snacks, and your sense of adventure and we’ll take care of many of the rest of the essentials.
