sehr angenehme Tage bei Regensburg

eine kleine, sehr saubere und angenehme Unterkunft. Die Nächte waren ruhig, die Tage trotz hoher Temperaturen im Apartment kühl und angenehm. Alles was man braucht in gutem Zusatnd vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

26 deutsche Ferienwohnungvermieter seit 2013

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter per E-Mail und Telefon war immer gut. Ausgezeichnete Beziehungen, oft von Dauer. Hier haben wir die Überraschung, dass die Vermieter oben wohnen, während wir nicht willkommen sind, dass wir den Schlüssel in einer Box mit einem Code mitnehmen müssen. Kein Besuch der Wohnung mit ihnen. Es gibt kein Schlafzimmer, nur ein Zimmer. Dieses Studio ist dunkel und mangelhaft ausgestattet: keine Waschmaschine, kein Geschirrspüler, sehr wenig Geschirr zum Kochen im Sommer, kein Bierglas... Die Herdplatte war sehr schmutzig, Wasser und Kalk im Wasserkocher, Wasser in der elektrischen Kaffeemaschine Hersteller. Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Dekoration, wir müssen unsere Kleidung auf ein offenes Regal stellen. Das Gleiche gilt für unseren Computer. „Rollstuhlgerecht“? Der Hang des Hofes ist zu steil für eine unabhängige Person, mehrere kleine Stufen blockieren die Räder, es gibt keinen Platz unter dem Waschbecken, um hineinzurutschen, die Türen sind nicht breit genug zum Manövrieren, die Dusche und die Badewanne sind nicht ausgestattet, Sie Man muss auf die Badewanne steigen, um zum Fenster zu gelangen, das Bett ist zu niedrig, die Terrasse ist auch nicht zugänglich … Der Lärm von der nahegelegenen Autobahn ist konstant. Der Kühlschrank ist laut und nichts trennt ihn vom Bett. Der Hund bellt manchmal hinter der geschlossenen Tür ... Warum ist die Miete so teuer? Der halbe Preis wäre näher an den angebotenen Leistungen.
